At Tritanium Global LLC, client satisfaction is important. This Refund Policy outlines circumstances under which refunds may be provided.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
– If the services delivered do not match the description or agreed scope.
– If quality or quantity commitments are not met (verified case-by-case).
– If a duplicate payment was made in error.
2. Non-Refundable Items
– Setup, onboarding, or activation fees.
– Work already delivered and accepted.
– Third-party expenses (advertising, software licenses, telephony, etc.).
3. Timeframe for Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service delivery.
4. Refund Process
– Email refund@tritaniumglobal.com with your invoice/order details.
– Our team will review within 7 business days.
– Approved refunds will be processed via original payment method within 14 business days.
5. Disputes
Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
