Data Processing Agreement

Effective Date: July 27th, 2025

This DPA forms part of any agreement where Tritanium Global LLC processes personal data on behalf of a client, in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data laws.

1. Roles
– “Data Controller”: The client who determines data use.
– “Data Processor”: Tritanium Global LLC, which processes data only under client instructions.

2. Processing Obligations
We will:
– Process data solely for agreed purposes.
– Maintain confidentiality and security.
– Assist in fulfilling data subject rights (access, erasure, portability).
– Notify of data breaches promptly.

3. Sub-Processors
We may engage trusted sub-processors under written agreements with equal protections.

4. International Transfers
Data may be transferred globally under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions).

5. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures including encryption, access control, monitoring, and redundancy.

6. Duration
This DPA remains in effect while we process client data.
