This AUP governs how clients may use Tritanium Global LLC’s services. It ensures lawful and responsible use across all business verticals.

1. Permitted Use
Our services may be used for lawful business purposes, including marketing, customer engagement, SaaS, and communications.

2. Prohibited Activities
Clients may not:
– Engage in fraud, phishing, or identity theft.
– Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or robocalls.
– Distribute illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
– Attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks.
– Violate intellectual property rights.

3. Enforcement
Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
